This is extremely perfumed with violets, sage, lavender, currants and berries. Fresh and vivid. Medium-to full-bodied with super refined tannins and fruit. So subtle and refined. This is really long and gorgeous. Goes on for minutes. In de Caiarossa 'Caiarossa' 2019 werd veel energie en liefde gestoken. Het resultaat mag er dan ook zijn! De wijn gaat van start met een stralend ondoorzichtig purperrood met een zeer donkere kern. Het bouquet verspreidt een intense geur. Je ruikt zwarte kersen, bramen, kruiden, espresso, Cubaanse sigaren en zoethout. Een licht minerale boventoets rond het geheel af. In de mond krachtig en toch harmonieus, met mooie ronde tannines. De wijn heeft een schitterende textuur en een perfecte balans. De afdronk is persistent, dicht, mooi fris en enerverend. Veelbelovend! Een rode wijn van een uitstekende kwaliteit. Een van de mooiste Italiaanse verrassingen van de afgelopen tijd!
