Southern Rhone Red Blendrefers to a wide range of grape varieties often blended together to make wines in the southern reaches of the Rhone Valley in the south of France. While the blend could theoretically consist of any of a wide range of grape varieties, it is usually made up of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, in varying proportions, typically with Grenache and Syrah as the dominant partners.

Nose is intense with delicate floral aromas, hawthorn, acacia and coconut. Mouth is smooth with a very sweet sensation, brioche and candied fruits aromas and mentholated notes This wine reveals its generosity and greediness on the palate with a long finish.

Fraaie Cava met nuances van geel fruit, wat toast en lichte kruiden in de geur; de smaak zet zacht en fris in en eindigt aromatisch en evenwichtig. Goed te combineren met koude vlees- of visschotels of met amuses bij het aperitief.

Frisse mousserende witte wijn uit Italië, met florale en fruitige geurnuances. De pittige mousse zorgt voor een frisse en evenwichtige afdronk. Prima aperitief, maar ook heerlijk op een zomers terras met kleine amuses.

Frisse, mousserende witte wijn uit Spanje, met de geur van sappig fruit. Door de evenwichtige, zachte smaak is deze wijn heel geschikt als aperitief of als sorbet met citroenijs.

Droge, mousserende witte wijn uit Italië, met de geur van bloemen en fruit en een frisse, volle smaak. Uitstekend als aperitief, maar ook erg lekker bij gerookte vis of oesters.

Geerntet am 31. Dezember 2015 bei -11° C; in gefrorenem Zustand abgepresst; anschließend bei 17° C vergoren; für 4 Monate im Stahltank gereift.

Elegante, gerijpte Champagne met een zachte mousse en nuances van rijpe appel en noten in de geur. De smaak is mild van structuur met bescheiden zuur en eindigt met een aanhoudende afdronk. Fraai aperitief, maar ook goed te combineren met visschotels.
